Hi Everyone

What does the idea of HOME mean to you? What are some overseas examples of neighbourhood building? Do we demolish or repurpose city buildings? This week, along with a few hundred other people, I’ve been exploring these ideas at a conference on Living Cities. The lead article this month is about some of the issues raised at this conference. To expand my mind, meet new people, look over the fence at what other countries are doing was so exciting!

My Big Day Out underlines the idea that you just need to step out and good things happen. Ok yes, I fell asleep at 8pm in the armchair that night.. a day mingling with 40 year olds is exhausting…but what fun!
