Hi Everyone

It’s mid-January of a whole New Year. Have you hit the plateau in your effort to get fit/lose weight etc? Goals are still there but everyday life eats at your resolve, you can’t face another salad and summer heat has forced you binge Netflix by the aircon!

Great news is that tomorrow is a whole new day and a new opportunity to get back on track of your self – care agenda. Last month I was thinking of trying the new weight loss drugs. This month I’ve penned an update after reading a great book by Johann Hari called The Magic Pill. It’s a great read!

It’s also awards season for film and television and I’ve reviewed Hamnet, Nuremburg, and a host of other great films. Happy Summer Reading. Thanks for being here. Nora
