Hallo to our Viva70 Community!

If you’re a new reader. BIG welcome! Our website invites wannabe writers like myself to contribute. We’d love to get you involved. Why Viva70? Because viva is life. Having happy, healthy purposeful lives in our older age is the best present that we can give ourselves and those we love. The website underpins the workshops I run in positive ageing. Viva70 is organised into 3 themes- Lifestyle which includes travel, fashion, money, art,  & stories. Living well includes health and wellbeing,  psychology and research around ageing. 50 Faces 50 Lives is very special. It features interviews with older people about their lives and ageing.
