2026...Wholehearted Living at Any Age!

Hi Everyone

Happy New Year to you! Have you made resolutions/ plans/ dreams for this gift of a New Year? I’m lucky to be having these conversations with an energetic group of older adults in the courses I’ll be running this month. I’m nervous about facilitating groups again after retiring 8 years ago but hey- walk the talk! If the message is age well by challenging yourself, learning & growing I’m about to take the leap!
